In the Old Testament age God instructed His people by means of types and symbols. 

구약 시대에 하나님은 유형과 상징을 통해 그분의 백성을 가르치셨습니다.     

Their hopes would only be realized by the Messiah who was the key to God’s purposes of salvation. 

그들의 소망은 오직 하나님의 구원 목적의 열쇠가 되시는 메시아에 의해서만 실현될 것입니다. 

The Branch fulfils both what the priesthood typified and what the line of David pointed toward. 

그 가지는 제사장 직분이 상징하는 것과 다윗의 혈통이 가리키는 것을 모두 성취합니다. 

As king, He would have power to provide for His people’s needs and to rule over them and their enemies. 

왕으로서 그분은 백성들의 필요를 공급하고 그들과 그들의 원수들을 다스릴 권세를 가지셨습니다. 

In both capacities His provision is uninterrupted and perpetual. His kingdom is one that will never be destroyed

두 능력 모두에서 그분의 공급은 중단되지 않고 영원합니다. 그분의 나라는 결코 멸망하지 않을 나라입니다.

The One who is the priest who forgives is also the king whose power can break the power of sin.  Jesus is the Mighty Counselor,

용서하시는 제사장이신 그분은 죄의 권세를 깨뜨릴 수 있는 능력을 가진 왕이시기도 합니다.  예수님은 전능하신 상담자이십니다,

the Prince of Peace, the Eternal Father to rule with divine justice & bring about peace through His counsels as the Priest-King! 

평화의 왕이시며 신성한 공의로 통치하고 제사장 왕으로서 그분의 조언을 통해 평화를 가져다주시는 영원한 아버지이십니다! 

Is the Messiah your peace? He has made peace with His cross.

메시아가 여러분의 평강이신가요?  그분은 그분의 십자가로 평화를 이루셨습니다.  

It must be found there with Him if you are to find it at all.

그분과 함께 그곳에서 찾아야 합니다, 만일 여러분이 그것을 찾으셔야만 한다면 말입니다.
